Authenticity and compassion are important to me, especially in the therapy room. My hope is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard and safe enough to share your deepest concerns.

My approach to therapy involves, first and foremost, creating a safe and compassionate space. From there, I like to focus on creating a life that you find fulfilling and learning skills to cope with the thoughts and emotions that may be preventing you from showing up in a way that supports this life.

Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Trauma, Attachment wounds, Relationship Issues, Stress and Burnout, Grief and Loss, and Couples Therapy.

My name is Sarah and I provide therapy to couples, teens, families, and adults.

In therapy, I help you explore the parts of yourself that show up when you’re hurt, weighed down, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether that’s in your relationships, at home, or within yourself.

For couples and families, this often means slowing down the moments that start to spiral, understanding the deeper feelings underneath the conflict, and finding new ways to hear and be heard by each other. Together, we’ll look at where these patterns come from, what they’re trying to do for you, and how to build new ways of relating to yourself and the people you love.

My hope is that therapy with me feels calm and curious, a space where you, or you and your partner, can talk openly, reflect honestly, and feel supported. Whether you’re working through something within yourself or rebuilding connection with someone else, we’ll work together to make things feel a little lighter, clearer, and more manageable.

Areas of Focus:

Couples Therapy; Family Therapy; Therapy for Teens; Perinatal & Postpartum; Relationship issues; Parenting support; Depression; Co-Parenting; Addiction; Behavioural/Emotional challenges in children; Life Transitions; Anxiety; Grief & Loss.

My name is Brianna and I work with adults, teens (16+), and seniors.

In our work together, you’ll have space to slow down, tune into what your body has been trying to tell you, and make sense of the emotions you’ve been carrying. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, building safety, self-trust, and the inner capacity to meet what comes up without feeling overwhelmed.

I believe every person has an inherent ability to heal - even when life has felt heavy for a long time. In the therapy room with me, you don’t have to show up perfectly. You can be yourself, take off the mask, and start reconnecting with the parts of you that have been waiting for compassion and understanding. Hope and healing are possible, and I’m here to help you find both.

Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, Emotional Regulation, ADHD/Neurodivergence, Addictions, Suicidal Ideation/Self-Harm, OCD (Intrusive Thoughts and Mental Compulsions), Stress/burnout, Self-esteem, Grief & Loss

My name is Kaylee and I work with adults, couples, and teens (14+).

In our work together, you’ll have space to finally pause, soften the pressure of holding it all together, and begin putting yourself first. It’s a place to develop a deeper understanding of your emotions and nervous system responses, make sense of the patterns and feelings shaping how you relate to yourself and others, and reconnect with your values. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, leaving room for self-compassion to grow alongside understanding, especially when life has felt heavy.

In couples work, I create a space where both partners can feel heard, where the deeper feelings beneath conflict can be named with care, and where greater communication, repair, and closeness become possible.

I believe real change grows out of feeling genuinely safe, accepted, and met with compassion exactly as you are. Whatever you bring, grief, burnout, old wounds, relationship struggles, or a quiet sense that something needs to shift, will be held with warmth and zero judgment. My hope is that, over time, you’ll move toward a life and relationships that feel less like surviving and more like your own.

Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Complex Trauma and Trauma, Attachment Wounds, People-Pleasing, Existential concerns/identity/values, Depression, Life transitions, Self-harm/suicidal ideation, Self-Esteem, Stress/burnout, ADHD/neurodivergence, Relationship Issues, Couples Therapy

Kaylee is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for healing trauma.
