Sarah K. Albers
(She/Her/Hers)
MSW, RSW, Mental Health Therapist
My name is Sarah and I provide therapy to couples, teens, adults, and families.
If you keep having the same argument, the same falling out, the same dynamic playing out across your relationships, and you are fed up with not knowing how to change it, this is the work I do.
For individuals, we build a more grounded, assertive way of showing up so relationships feel less exhausting and more genuine.
For couples, we slow down the conflict loop long enough to actually hear what is being said underneath it, work through the arguments that never fully resolve, and build communication patterns that feel less like a battle and more like a real conversation.
For teens, I offer a space that is just theirs to work through what they are carrying and build real skills to cope, while family at home learn how to support them in a way that actually helps.
Areas of Focus:
- Relationship Challenges
- Teen Mental Health
- Depression
- Codependency
- Peer Relationships
- Family Conflict
- Perpetual Issues in Relationships

- Postpartum & Perinatal Mental Health

Authenticity and compassion are important to me, especially in the therapy room. My hope is to create an environment where you feel seen, heard and safe enough to share your deepest concerns.
My approach to therapy involves, first and foremost, creating a safe and compassionate space. From there, I like to focus on creating a life that you find fulfilling and learning skills to cope with the thoughts and emotions that may be preventing you from showing up in a way that supports this life.
Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Trauma, Attachment wounds, Relationship Issues, Stress and Burnout, Grief and Loss, and Couples Therapy.

Brianna Spulnick
(She/Her/Hers)
MACP, Registered Provisional Psychologist
My name is Brianna and I work with adults, teens (16+), and seniors.
If you never quite feel comfortable in your own skin, your mind rarely stops, or you find yourself swinging between overwhelm and numbness, you are in the right place.
I work with people to address what is driving those experiences at the root rather than just managing them on the surface. Over time, clients build genuine nervous system regulation skills, real confidence in what they need, and a sense of safety in themselves that does not depend on controlling everything around them.
For teens, therapy becomes a space that is just theirs, somewhere separate from home and school to start making sense of what they are carrying, build skills to cope with it, and feel less alone in it.
Areas of Focus:
- Anxiety, Overthinking, & Mental Compulsions
- Trauma, Emotional Shutdown & Regulation
- ADHD, Neurodivergence & Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP)
- Depression, Self-Harm & Suicidal Ideation
- Teen Mental Health
- Masking Fatigue
- Addiction
- Stress & Burnout
- Grief & Loss
- Relationship Issues

Kaylee Garside MA., Registered Psychologist
My name is Kaylee and I work with adults, couples, and teens (14+).
If you feel everything deeply, have spent years overachieving or over-giving, or carry a quiet sense that you are simultaneously too much and never quite enough, this is the work I do.
For couples, it is often years of paper cuts of small hurts that have built up over time that have created distance. We heal the emotional wounds underneath the arguments so you can actually feel safe and connected with each other again.
For teens, we untangle the anxiety and build real strategies to cope with the pressure of their own expectations.
We go beyond talking about what has happened and work to heal it at the root, so you can stop just managing your life and start building one that feels meaningful and aligned with who you truly want to be. I show up as a real, genuine human in the therapy room because the relationship between us is where the actual healing happens.
Areas of Focus:
- Anxiety
- Complex Trauma, PTSD & Attachment Wounds
- Relationship Issues & Couples Therapy
- Depression, Self-Harm, Suicidal Ideation
- Teen Mental Health
- Grief & Loss
- High-Achieving & Perfectionism
- People Pleasing
- Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
- Existential Concerns, Self-Identity, Values, Meaning
